Sunday Sermon Title:

“Tearing Down Strongholds”

Note from the Pastor:

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; (2 Corinthians 10:4 KJV)

The strongholds in our life are spiritual, they cannot be attacked and defeated in the natural. We are in a spiritual war and we have to fight with spiritual weapons. We are in a spiritual war whether we like it or not! We cannot walk around unarmed, allowing the enemy of our souls to so easily destroy our families and our nation! 

It is time to be equipped and march against the enemy that is destroying our families and our way of life! Political correctness needs to be replaced with God's correctness! The United States of America has been blessed because God blessed us! It is time for us to stand up and use the weapon that God has given us. That weapon is the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ! The only way that we can truly be free is through Jesus!

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36 KJV)

3rd Annual Community Family Fun Day

Praise Chapel PCG church is hosting its 3rd Annual Community Family Fun Day on June 6, 2015. Food, inflatables, music, door prizes, and fun will start at Noon and last until 4pm. Praise Chapel PCG church is located at 500 West Broadway Street in North Baltimore, Ohio.
There will also be a boys & girls 15 and under fishing tournament from 9am to 11am at Reservoirs 1 & 2 in North Baltimore. Registration for the fishing tournament will start at 8 am at the Church and judging of the biggest fish (by weight) will be from 11am until Noon at the Church. Prizes will be given for the top three catches. (Three prizes for the boys and three prizes for the girls.) All participants must be accompanied by a parent. All parents helping the children fish must abide by the ODNR fishing rules and regulations. Call 419-408-HOPE (4673) for additional info.

Panera Bread Day Every Wednesday!!!

Praise Chapel has been blessed with a weekly delivery of Panera Bread and pastries. Needy families and individuals can come and receive bread, bagels, and pastries at the church. These items will be available every Wednesday from noon until 3 PM in the back of the church. Also, you can come to our Thursday night Bible study at 6:30 PM and get bread if there is any left over from Wednesday.

Church News for May 17, 2015

Sunday Sermon Title:

“Washed By The Water Of The Word”

Note from the Pastor:

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, (Ephesians 5:26 KJV)

Jesus loves His church! He wants it to be clean and without spot, wrinkle, or even a blemish. The Bible refers to the church as the Bride of Christ. A bride on her wedding day wants to be at her best. She wants everything on that day to be perfect. Everything will be washed, cleaned, and pressed in preparation of that glorious day. There is a lot of work that needs to be done before that day. The bride is not idle and lazy about that day, but she is excited and looking forward to that day when she can present herself as a beautiful bride to her lifelong companion. 

The church needs to be ready for the coming of the groom! There is a wedding coming in our future. We need to make sure that everything is in order. The only way that we can be truly clean and prepared for that glorious day is to allow the Word of God to cleanse us and prepare us for that awesome day of Christ’s return! 

Come and hear the Word of God and allow it to cleanse you and make you into the bride that Jesus is expecting! He loves you more than you will ever know and wants to spend forever with His love, the Church!
