What are you talking and thinking about most of the time?

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. (Psalms 19:14 KJV)

What are we saying and thinking about most of the time? God knows everything that we say and think about. Even the things we say and think about in private. Are they acceptable to God?
